The Wake Up Call

Published by sudo_nym at 9:34 am under General, My Story Edit This

You know, young though I may be. There is somethign I’ve realised in this world. People need a god damned wake up call. They spend their lives, or rather waste their lives, procrastinating, most don’t even realise it. Procrastination is sneaky, it hides its head in many ways, in the deepest layers of the subconcious mind. It has many causes and creates many excuses, in attempts to justify itself.

The posts you will find in this blog, will provide that wake up call, that blatant sometimes brutal asault on you limiting beliefs, those few un-sugar coated words that you need to hear to bring your mind back to it’s senses.

You may be asking yourself at this point, what the hell does a guy this age have to tell me about how to handle myself. How can he have the life experience to tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Newsflash people, life span does not equal life experience. I own an extremely profitable business, I have helped build inumerable amounts of web businesses and am Vice Executive Director of a web media company. And as for emotional and personal experiences I’ve had many. By age 15 I had, had to talk 6 close friends out of suicide, and spent one new years eve and the morning of the new year quite literally talking someone, not even a close friend, down of a ledge.

I have always been “The Fixer”, people have always come to me with their problems and expected me to solve their issues. And at multiple stages this huge responsibility, which was practically forced upon me, has become too much and I have drifted into suicidal thought processes and self loathing myself. And I know that it is the darkest place that any human being can go. And I wish to keep as many people as I can from visiting it.

I have also partaken in many self help/leadership/motivational courses and seminars. The highlight of which was participating in Anthony Robbins Unleash the Power within, known by many for the firewalk experience that is a part of the course.

This being said, I am young, I am still learning life lessons, but aren’t we all. The journey of creating this blog, and getting what I have learnt out there in the plain and simple way it has worked for me, is as much a journey for me as it is for you. Hopefully I will come out of this with more experience to continue helping people just like me and you, to achieve their full potential. And WAKE UP TO THEMSELVES!

Your’s Sudo.
